This coffee has lovely sweet aromatics of berry, sugarcane, and citrus. The cup has a prominent cocoa note, with subtler nuances of berry, almond, and jasmine. These tasting notes will probably come as no surprise to anyone who has tasted a natural process Ethiopian coffee before. But, if you can believe it, we didn’t buy this coffee with the intent of surprising anyone. We just really like natural process Ethiopian coffees! Why, you ask? Well, that’s on account of their deliciousness.
