Making Wine From a Juice Bucket

This informal wine making class is specifically designed for folks that have never made wine from a juice bucket before or want to take their wine making skills to another level.  Throughout this class we will discuss and demonstrate what it takes to make fantastic wine from a juice bucket.  Together we will learn how to test the acidity of the wine, yeast selection, what oak will do to your wine, and much more.  This is a free class and will last approximately an hour.
